Shoe Thief Still At Large Continued

This photo was taken as the thief came dangerously near the daughter,
and he decided that she may be a threat as can be seen by the photo below.

Please keep an eye out for any dog fitting this description:  German Creature Dog, 105 lbs., 30" at the withers,
fluffy coat, black and tan, wearing a leather collar and blue tag,
and with one freckle on the center of his tongue (which may be concealed by the stolen shoe).

This photo was taken nearby today.   The thief is obviously still near the scene of the crime with the stolen possession.
Please use caution when removing your shoes and keep them in a safe place.   We do not know where he will strike next,
and the authorities are perplexed since they have never dealt with such a stealthy and skilled shoe thief.
